The Economic Climate for Latin America improves in the first quarter, led by Brazil, the largest economy in the region

The Economic Climate Index (ECI) for Latin America climbed 3.7 points between the 4th quarter of 2023 and the 1st quarter of 2024, maintaining the economic climate in the favorable zone of the indicator for two consecutive quarters for the first time since 2018.
