Call for Papers - Public Debt Management Conference 2022 - Deadline 29 October 2021

The Public Debt Management Network, an initiative fostered by the OECD, the Italian Treasury and the World Bank, is pleased to announce the call for papers for the second Public Debt Management Conference which is tentatively scheduled for May 2022.

This conference aims to explore techniques, analyses and proposals to improve the management of public debt, and will bring together debt managers, academics, and a wider set of practitioners to exchange ideas and experiences. The topics of the 2022 conference include the following items:

  • Assessing debt sustainability in the post-COVID environment
  • Demand for government securities in the long term
  • Debt management (re)actions during crisis times


Deadline to submit proposals: October 29, 2021.
