Eleventh OECD-WBG-IMF Global Bond Market Forum

This Forum provides an important platform for public debt managers, other policymakers, and market participants to discuss latest developments in global bond markets and understand emerging issues.
This year’s Forum assumes greater importance in light of the financial crisis and its impact on market functioning and debt levels. Discussions at this Eleventh Forum will focus on "Debt Markets: The Post-Crisis Landscape", and will include the potential impact of policymakers’ exit from the markets, the measurement of sovereign risk, the determinants of investor demand, and changes in operating conditions in primary and secondary markets.
These issues are particularly important in the context of continuing high debt levels across advanced economies, and the potential spillovers on other markets, especially emerging markets.
This event is by invitation only. However, a summary of the key policy conclusions will be released following the Forum.
