World Bank Webinar: Challenges for debt management created by large capital flows

PDM Network members and non-members are invited to participate in the upcoming webinar on the “Challenges for Debt Management Created by Large Capital Flows. How large capital flows to and from emerging markets create potential conflicts between achieving debt management and monetary policy objectives.” on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. EST (Washington, D.C., time). Following the webinar, the World Bank will host an online discussion on the key issues and questions discussed on the Public Debt Management Network for Emerging Markets (PDM Network) website (www.publicdebtnet.org). Please find attached a detailed agenda and description of the topic under discussion. To participate in the webinar you will need an open telephone line and an internet connection.
