The network's purpose is to share knowledge on debt management techniques and best practices among its members. Its focus covers the whole range of topics with special emphasis on the problems facing debt managers from emerging markets. The menu bar at the left hand site gives a good idea about the broad range of policy topics. Members of the network include debt managers, financial policy makers, multilateral institutions, research institutions, and financial institutions. Continuous information exchange and interactive features support an intensive and comprehensive electronic policy dialogue.
