Why don't you make information and documentation public?

A lot of the documentation is publicly accessible on the Internet. The Network however is making a huge effort to organise this information into a knowledge base, providing documents and information with metadata. Other information is only available within the Network. There is also a restricted area for public debt managers only.

What are the minimum technical requirements to access the Network's website?

There are no specific technical requirements to access the Network. You only need a network connection (even a simple dial-up model connection is enough) and a PC with a web browser. To benefit fully from interactive features, broadband connection is required.

I'm a student and I would like to know more about the Network. How can I get access to the Knowledge base?

You should ask your academic institution to become a partner of the Network. Individual membership is not possible.

What is the difference between the Network and other initiatives such as OECD Working Party on Debt Management and World Bank Public Debt Management Team?

The Network is a permanent platform for information, documentation and knowledge sharing between a multicoloured set of partners.
