Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Public Debt Management Network Web Site
Use of the Public Debt Management (PDM) Network web site (the site) constitutes acceptance by you (the User) of the following Terms and Conditions:

The site is designed to supply knowledge on public debt management to the PDM Network community.
The PDM Network has set up this site in order to offer easy, quick and high quality access to different sources of documentation and information shared by its Promoting and Participating Institutions (Partners).
The information provided on this site can be of a general nature but often covers more specific or specialised topics. Nevertheless the information does not constitute legal, professional or personal advice for the User.

The PDM Network takes great care to ensure that the information provided is complete, correct, exhaustive and up-to-date. Despite these efforts, there may still be errors in the information which is made available. If the information provided on or via the site contains errors, or if certain information is unavailable on or via the site, the PDM Network will do everything in its power to rectify the situation. If errors in the information provided on or via the site are discovered, they should be brought to the attention of the PDM Network Secretariat. However, the information on this site is provided on an as available basis and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
The PDM Network emphasises that legal texts and documents available on or via the site should not be considered to be authentic reproductions of official texts. Only texts published in the Official Journals of the countries in question are the authentic. Except where expressly stated, the material and other information contained on this site represents the views of the authors thereof and are not necessarily the views of the Promoting or Participating Institutions.
The PDM Network has also taken great care to ensure that, as far as possible, access to the site will not be interrupted as a result of technical problems. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the site will be completely free from interruptions or that it will not be affected by other technical problems.
The PDM Network accepts no responsibility for external websites accessible through links placed within this site. Such links are supplied solely as a service to assist network Users, without implying any approval or endorsement of the sites themselves. IV. PERSONAL, NON COMMERCIAL USE AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Permission is granted to Users to visit the site and to download and copy information, documents and materials from this site for personal, non-commercial use only, without any right to resell or redistribute them or to compile or create derivative works. All such permitted use shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions and shall also be subject to restrictions that apply to particular information, as may be specifically indicated.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Requests for further authorisation regarding the use of any material contained in this site should be directed to: publicdebtnet.dt@mef.gov.it.

V. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The PDM Network places a great deal of importance on the privacy of Users. In particular, this means that:
- Personal data will not be recorded or processed except for the purpose of responding to a request for information which a User has made.
- Personal data will not be communicated to third parties or used for commercial purposes.
- Users have the right to refer to their personal data, in order to check its accuracy and to correct any errors.
The PDM Network will endeavour to put in place the best possible security measures so as to ensure that personal data cannot be misused by third parties.
The PDM Network is not responsible, however, for the privacy policies or content on any third party sites to which links may be available on this site.

This site contains message or communication facilities, the use of which is subject to the following rules of conduct. The User shall not do any of the following:
- Defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
- Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material;
- Upload or attach files that contain software of other material protected by intellectual property laws unless the User owns or controls the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
- Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;
- Upload, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available unsolicited advertising of any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests, spam or chain letters; etc.
Users should be aware that when they use these facilities, their personal data or other information which they supply may be collected and used by other Users. Users specifically acknowledge and agree that the PDM Network is not liable for any use of their personal data or other information by any other User or for any conduct of any other User, including, but not limited to, the types of conduct listed above.

The PDM Network logo should not be associated to any event, product or link to the PDM Network Website without prior consent of the PDM Network. Requests for permission to use the PDM Network logo must be sent to the Secretariat account: publicdebtnet.dt@mef.gov.it. To be accepted, the request must be justified and be related to a specific event or product the PDM network takes part in (conference, co-editions etc.). The PDM Network logo may be also posted on another Web site, besides a link to the PDM Network Website. The permission is then granted only for this specific event/product or for this specific linking purpose and must not be used for any other purpose or any longer than required for the allowed purpose. Rigorous respect of the PDM Network identity (in particular of the recommendations concerning colour and language) is required in the use of the logo. Only the most recent version of the PDM Network logo should be used at all times.
