PDM Network activities include disseminating research, policy reports, news, events on sovereign debt management in advanced as well as emerging markets and developing economies and organizing conferences and webinars to convene experts, researchers and practitioners from diverse academic, policy, and market spheres.

PDM Network activities include disseminating research, policy reports, news, events on sovereign debt management in advanced as well as emerging markets and developing economies and organizing conferences and webinars to convene experts, researchers and practitioners from diverse academic, policy, and market spheres.

The main external evidence of the Network’s activities is the PDM Network dedicated Website, which provides easy and quick access to a rich documentation, covering any aspects related to public debt management.

The What's New area proposes a selection of daily news on sovereign debt markets from authoritative online newspapers and info providers, as well as a selection of the most recent research papers, reports, events, and courses.

The PDM Network publish the weekly newsletter “Emerging Sovereign Debt Markets News”, featuring a selection of news on sovereign debt markets of emerging and developing economies from ©Thomson Reuters Eikon 2023 and ©LSEG 2023 information service, and the bimonthly “PDM Network Newsletter”, which provides a collection of most recent papers, reports, courses, and other events concerning public debt management issues. PDM Network Subscribers will regularly receive our newsletters in their inbox.

PDM Network subscribers may also join our new PDM Webinar Series initiative, launched in 2023, which consists of periodical one-hour webinars on public debt management with experts in the field.

Key events in the field are the PDM Network biennial international conferences, held alternatively in Paris, Rome, or Washington DC. PDM Network Conferences aim to promote dialogue among policymakers (debt managers, central bankers, regulators), academia and practitioners (investors, dealers, market infrastructure managers), to encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration across organizations and disciplinary boundaries, and to foster the development and dissemination of best practices in public debt management and related policy issues.
