For many countries, navigating sustainable development objectives means navigating the increasingly complex international debt architecture. The International Institute for Sustainable Development and The African Legal Support Facility are launching a free 7-module online course running from September 1 to December 10 to equip public officials in emerging markets and lower income countries with a rigorous understanding of the foundations of debt sustainability.
