ICMA China Debt Capital Market Annual Forum 2027

As an onshore flagship event for capital market professionals, the Forum aims to continue its success in bringing together key representatives from the official sector, issuers, investors, and a broad range of market participants to exchange perspectives on developments across both the onshore and offshore bond markets. The event is expected to attract over 400 senior professionals, providing a well-established platform for informed dialogue and knowledge sharing within China’s fixed income community. Against a backdrop of ongoing global economic uncertainty and continued structural transformation, the Forum aims to provide timely insights into recent regulatory developments across domestic and international bond market, the continued opening-up of China’s capital markets, and evolving investor participation through cross-border access initiatives. The programme agenda will also explore trends in sustainable and transition financing, public sector financing dynamics, as well as market infrastructure enhancements and transparency initiatives, reflecting the increasing integration of bond market within the global financial system. The agenda will comprise a range of keynote addresses and senior-level panel discussions featuring domestic and international perspectives from a diverse group of market experts and policymakers.
