4th PUBLIC DEBT MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE: Senior Policymakers and Global Experts Convene in Paris
The 4th Public Debt Management Conference, the flagship event of the PDM Network, will take place on 10-11 September 2026 at OECD Headquarters in Paris.
The Conference will bring together senior policymakers, debt managers, academics, market participants and representatives of international organisations to discuss the key challenges facing sovereign debt management.
Featuring a keynote address by Sir Robert Stheeman, Chairman of Morgan Stanley International and former CEO of the UK Debt Management Office, the Conference will explore key issues in sovereign debt management, including debt sustainability, restructuring, market liquidity, sustainable debt instruments, financial risks and governance.
Conference materials, selected papers and other conference outputs will be made available after the event through the PDM Network and OECD websites. A conference proceedings collection will also be published in due course.
