Government Injects Rp 55 Trillion to Strengthen BRI’s MSME Lending

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) has received Rp 55 trillion ($3.3 billion) from the government, part of a broader Rp 200 trillion ($12.1 billion) placement across five state-owned banks (Himbara) under Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa’s policy to strengthen banking liquidity and support economic growth.
