The second reading of amendments to the Public Debt Act is included in the draft agenda of the National Assembly.  The bill enables the Finance Minister to issue government securities (government bonds) for retail investors (individuals). It also proposes that individual investors be exempt from paying fees and commissions when purchasing these government securities on the primary market.
