At a hearing in Parliament on Thursday, caretaker Finance Minister Georgi Klisurski said that the state of Bulgaria's public finances is currently adequate given that the country is operating under a Budget Extension Act, with the increase in the budget deficit mainly due to spending under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).
