China is planning to issue 3- and 5-year yuan denominated green bonds, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters on Wednesday. Nine investment banks have been mandated to work on the transaction, the term sheet said. China’s Ministry of Finance said on Tuesday it was planning a green bond issuance of up to 6 billion yuan ($880.75 million)for the week of May 25.
