This technical note describes in detail the propagation of standardized stress tests in the LIC DSA template using an analytical and graphical approach. It is intended to aid technical staff in low income countries as well as country teams at the IMF and WB by providing the intuition as well as mechanics of stress testing. This should enhance the understanding of the shocks in the DSF and help improve the conduct of debt sustainability exercises in low income countries
